Il Mercato Mondiale del Tartufo Bianco d’Alba è una delle principali vetrine dell’alta gastronomia e delle eccellenze italiane: qui sarà possibile lasciarsi inebriare dai profumi del più rinomato tra i frutti della terra, sua maestà il Tuber magnatum Pico.
Per nove settimane, la storica location affacciata sulla centralissima via Vittorio Emanuele II, all’interno del Cortile della Maddalena (ingresso da Piazza Falcone), vi accoglierà – in totale sicurezza – per acquistare il Tartufo – il bene più prezioso e raro del nostro territorio – direttamente da tutti i venditori presenti (Trifulau o commercianti), con la supervisione e il supporto della Commissione Qualità. La Fiera Internazionale del Tartufo Bianco d’Alba applica infatti un rigoroso protocollo di selezione del prodotto fresco in vendita.
Accanto ai Trifulao, si potranno acquistare i migliori prodotti agroalimentari del territorio ed i pregiati vini di Langhe Monferrato e Roero e degustare i vini di Langhe, Roero e Monferrato proposti all’interno della Grande Enoteca dall’AIS Piemonte, sezione regionale dell’Associazione Italiana Sommelier.

The Alba White Truffle World Market is one of the main showcases of haute gastronomy and Italian excellence: here it will be possible to be inebriated by the aromas of the most renowned of the fruits of the earth, his majesty, the Tuber magnatum Pico.
For nine weeks, the historical location overlooking the central Road Vittorio Emanuele II, inside the Cortile della Maddalena (entry in Piazza Falcone), will welcome you – in total safety – to purchase the Truffle – the most precious and rare commodity of our territory – directly from all the vendors present (Trifulau or traders), under the supervision and support of the Quality Commission. In fact, the International Fair of the Alba White Truffle applies a strict protocol for selecting the fresh product on sale.
Alongside the Trifulau, it will be possible to purchase the best local food products and the fine wines of the Langhe, Roero and Monferrato, and to taste the wines of the Langhe, Roero and Monferrato offered in the Grande Enoteca by AIS Piemonte, the regional section of the Italian Sommelier Association.
